Education:
Qari Sohaib Ahmed Mir Muhammadi, born on November 1, 1975, is a distinguished Islamic scholar and Qari hailing from Pakistan. His educational journey includes Hifz-ul-Qur’an, a Diploma in Tajweed-ul-Quran, Al-Sanwiya Al-Aama, Al-Sanwiya Al-Khasa, Bachelors in Islamic Studies from Madinah University, Bachelors in 10 dialects of the Quran, and Ijazah in 10 dialects of the Quran from Qari Ibrahim Mir Muhammadi. He also holds an Ijazah for Hadith from Hafiz Sanaullah Madni and a BS Honors in Islamic Studies from Madinah University.
Teaching and Dawah Work:
Qari Sohaib has done Dawah work extensively in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka, contributing to the dissemination of Quranic knowledge. In the realm of teaching, Qari Sohaib has taught Quran Al-Kareem, Tajweed, Qiraat, Hadith, Usool-e-Tafseer, Usool-e-Fiqh, Al Aqaidh, Seerah of Prophet ﷺ, and Arabic Language. His commitment extends to providing management and supervising services at Quraan College & Islamic Training Institute.
Achievement and Responsibilities:
Acknowledged for his outstanding performance, Qari Sohaib received the Award of Outstanding Performance (Ideal Student) from Madinah University, Saudi Arabia. Currently, he holds various responsibilities, including Vice President of Markazi Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith, Pakistan, and Deputy Director of the Group of Paigham Channels.
Audio, Video library and Publications:
Qari Sohaib’s diverse audio and video recordings, including the Holy Quran with Urdu translation in Riyadh, demonstrate his versatility. Notable projects involve Ayat Channel, Tasjeelat-e-Khalid Bin Waleed, Darussalam, and Quran Radio in Saudi Arabia. His significant role in recording the 28th chapter of the Quran in 10 dialects in Madinah is commendable. Qari Sohaib’s institution, Quraan College, has published impactful works like “Nukhba-tus-Sahihain” and “Momin ki Namaz.” His research articles in Islamic magazines underline his commitment to community development.
